Medmapia uses these answers for product research about treatment travel, not clinical research or medical advice. Participation is voluntary; there is no payment or purchase requirement.

We ask only for broad journey information, not names, emails, diagnoses, or medical records. Responses are not sold or linked to marketing lists. Survey responses expire after 180 days; daily cleanup normally removes them within 24 hours. Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 7 days. Technical service logs may contain request metadata such as an IP address.

After submission, a private code lets you delete your stored response. Deletion cannot undo any previously published anonymous totals. Privacy policy
